Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ green beans, or long beans if you can find them
- 1 head garlic (about 15 cloves)
- 6-9 red or green chilies
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 10 oz ground chicken
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- salt to taste (around a tablespoon)
- 1 ¼ cups water
Wash the beans and cut them into ¼-½ inch pieces. Mince the garlic and finely slice the chilies. Heat the oil to medium-high, and fry the garlic and chiles until the garlic turns golden. Add the chicken and cook until it looks done, stirring to break the chicken into small pieces. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until the liquid is mostly gone.
